Submit An Announcement Request
Below are the general lead times on communication and production requests. Please note that these are minimum estimates and that your project/event may require more lead time depending on the complexity.
Please submit all requests as soon as possible so that we can start the conversation and help you accomplish your project goals.
Not all projects will or can be pursued due to the limit on staff and resources. Projects are prioritized by many factors.
Tier 1 Promotions: All event details must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date (i.e. still graphics only).
The allotted duration allows ample time for Creative Arts & Media Ministry volunteers to plan and create graphics (including edits) in addition to providing a 30 day window to effectively promote your event.
Tier 2 Promotions: All event details must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event date (i.e. sermon series promotions, ministry driven events with video component, nugget videos, etc.).

Note: Not all announcements submitted will be made in-service from the stage or via the announcement videos due to time constraints. However, we will be sure to promote all happenings via the other channels (i.e. social media, the weekly email newsletter, etc.).

Should any of the details submitted here change between the time of submission and the actual event date, please send an EMAIL to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform the team of any changes.
