The distinction of rest being for our soul, mind and spirit, not the rest from sleep. Psalms 118:1-14
REST
  • Rescue us:  God will be there
  • Everlasting Love: God’s love will remain
  • Safety: God has room in his presence
  • Trustworthy: God will do what he said
Nuggets:
  1. Things don’t need to change in order to rest
  2. We can rest in his promises
  3. We can take refuge
  4. We should make a decision to rest
