The iLead Leadership Hub serves as a centralized resource for ministry leaders to stay aligned, informed, and equipped. This space is designed to support effective planning, collaboration, and execution across ministries by providing access to leadership development opportunities, planning tools, and required request forms.
The Planning Calendar is the primary source for all church-wide ministry events. Ministry leaders should use this calendar to review existing events and identify potential dates when planning future ministry activities. This ensures alignment across ministries, reduces scheduling conflicts, and supports thoughtful, well-paced ministry planning.
This form is required for any onsite or offsite event involving two or more sub-ministries. Submitting this request helps ensure proper coordination, communication, and support across teams.

Helps us move away from third-party tools (e.g., Evite) and maintain consistent church-wide communication

This form is used to request ministry-related supplies and materials.
Important Delivery Note: Deliveries are arranged based on the availability of onsite personnel, which is every other Tuesday. Please plan accordingly and allow adequate time for delivery, processing, and distribution when submitting your request.
Use this form to report and request support for facility or building-related needs, including maintenance concerns and equipment or resource needs. Submitting through this channel ensures proper tracking, prioritization, and follow-up by the Facilities team.
This form should be used for all technology-related needs, including system access, hardware, software, troubleshooting, and ministry tech support. Submitting requests here helps the IT team assess needs, prioritize issues, and provide timely support.
All incidents occurring during ministry activities or on church property must be documented. Please submit incident reports within 24 hours of the incident. Timely reporting helps ensure proper care, documentation, and risk management.
